This hotel was booked as part of a two-night extension following a Uniworld Danube River Cruise. It has a very good location that is a short walk to the Old Town area of Prague, and is attached to an excellent restaurant, with a sister restaurant across the street, both helmed by a celebrity chef. We ate excellent meals at each restaurant. The room was clean and elegant, although not especially large and it had no view to speak of. See photo. But I will always remember the hotel fondly for its stellar service. The night we arrived in Prague, I fell and twisted my ankle. I was having a very difficult time walking and thought the ankle might be broken. My wife spoke to the front desk people about possible urgent care facilities that might be available, etc. They provided some ideas and then offered us use of a wheelchair they had in storage. We were able to use the wheelchair that night and the next morning, used it to get to a hospital via a taxi. After being prescribed crutches, we were able to return the wheelchair to the hotel. (Side note: the medical care was good, everything was done in about 3 hours, and the cost was a fraction of medical care back home. The U.S. healthcare system is way overrated!) The hotel did not charge us for the use of the wheelchair and their kindness to me and my wife was genuine. Thank you, Cosmopolitan Hotel for going above and beyond in your service to your guests.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Its an easy walk to town Square and the railway station. The breakfast was amazing everything you could want even free fizz. There were restaurants around and the sister hotel the metropolitan across the roas. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very clean, professional and perfectly located. I had 12 places to see and I was able to walk to all of them. I would start the day with an Uber to the furthest and then walk to sights on the way back to the hotel. It’s a quiet street with a world class chef next door

It was our third stay here and we are always happy to be here. The whole stuff is very friendly, the service is perfect, the breakfast is very delicious and the rooms are beautiful and clean .The bed is very comfortable. And the City Center is just a few minutes away from the hotel. We come back soon ☺️
